Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 1 8 inch flour tortilla
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Slice Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley (optional)

Need:

  • Mug
  • Fork

Directions:

Stir the eggs and parsley in large mug with fork. Microwave on high for about a minute. Stir and continue to microwave on high for another minute.

You have the option to microwave your tortilla with a slice of cheese on it for about 20 seconds. Spoon egg mixture onto tortilla and wrap.

Eggs: Meijer Grade A Large Count – 8 count -$2.25/each

Parsley: Meijer Parsley Flakes .5 oz – $2.19/each

Sliced Cheese: Meijer American Cheese Singles 12 oz – $2.00/each

Flour Tortillas: La Favorita Flour Tortilla 12 0z -10 count – $0.99/each

Potential Problems:

Make sure the egg is cooked thoroughly to avoid consuming raw eggs. If egg mixture appears to be undercooked, continue to microwave at 15 second intervals until done.
